By using Private Chat you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Private Chat allows users to create password-protected, encrypted message links that expire after approximately 24 hours. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send illegal, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Distribute malware or phishing links
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or encryption
- Violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for passwords you set, links you share, and compliance with laws governing your communications. We are not liable for content users create or share.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private Chat and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for abuse or legal requirements. Messages expire automatically per product design.
